Dr. Billy Brinson Jr. received his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biology from Augusta State University in 2012. Dr. Brinson then later was later awarded his DMD from The Dental College of Ga in May 2018. While new to this career he has gained vast knowledge and experience working in underserved areas of Ga while actively treating his 35 patients in school showing passion and enthusiasm to all the people he meets. While at the DCG he received multiple awards for professionalism and patient care while also being featured in 2 of the schools magazines.
Dr Brinson’s passion for helping people began early in his life and dentistry seemed like the obvious path for him to take. Prior to dental school he worked in construction and managing a small hardware store which gave him a love for working with his hands and helping people. He was also fortunate enough to work with Mustard Seed Dental Studio prior to dental school where he learned about all the different components and aspects of this rewarding but challenging career. This did nothing but re-enforce his goal of becoming a dentist.
In Dr Brinson’s off time he enjoys spending time with his wife Mandi and their 3 kids Bentley, Blakely, and Finley. He says that being a dad is his favorite job and is very involved in their sports and activities. Also during time off he enjoys traveling, wood working, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
Dr Brinson loves the challenge of dentistry while being in a very positive and comfortable environment. He looks forward to seeing you and your family at Waynesboro Family Dentistry as his patients and most importantly as friends.
